En particular, se considera el discurso institucional inscripto en documentos elaborados por directivos, preceptores y profesores de una escuela secundaria de gestión púbica de un barrio pobre del conurbano bonaerense. Nos situamos para el análisis <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">entre</em> concepciones arraigadas, tensiones, disputas de sentido, para mapear contradicciones, continuidades y discontinuidades que la forman y performan. Las imágenes hegemónicas que identificamos se vinculan con la descripción de los y las jóvenes como carentes de valores sociales y la escuela operando como herramienta para revertirlo. In particular we consider the institutional discourse inscribed in documents prepared by managers, tutors and teachers of a pubic management school in a poor neighborhood of Buenos Aires. We are located for analysis <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">between </em><span style="background: white;">conceptions</span> rooted tensions, disputes sense to map contradictions<span style="background: white;">, continuities</span> and discontinuities that form and performer.
