Abstract

The article travels the manners of configuration of the Latin-American thought, since part of a complex I process of multiple experiences. Half-caste, hybrid and heterogeneous thought analyzed from the Latin-American Illustration. Who are we? Is it possible to speak about a being-Latin American? If this way out, what does being-Latin American mean? What does name Latin America? And then, which is the most urgent challenge of the Latin-American thought. The work investigates in the vestiges of other narratives concerning the Latin-American condition in the aesthetic creations, which convulse the imaginary ones of the domination and which promote the imaginary ones of the re-existence.
