Abstract
The present paper presents reflections and progress of an investigation recently launched, which aims to analyze the construction of meaning and perspectives on young people that produce and sustain existing programs of public education policy aimed at them, as well as the ways that seek to reconfigure training practices, young-adult links and relationships with knowledge in a new socio-historical context.
The interest lies in identifying the emergence in recent years of the decade that precedes us, a series of policies intended to change the institutionalized devices to promote changes in the processes of formation of young people within educational spaces, which would be attending both political and philosophical definitions of the role of education in society, as well as the new youth subjective configurations and their contemporary cultural practices.
