Abstract

Contemporary internacional migration habe became the focus of various analysis at different scales and scopes. The purpose of this paper is to identify and discuss somo ideas about structural strengh to the level of migrationt management. From this perspective, we analyze the final declarations of the South American Conference on Migration from the year two thousand, the date on wich the first meeting was held in Argentina to the final held in Bolivia in the year two thousand ten. It aims to focus on the institutionalization of this process over the period and the configuratios of discourse on regional migration.
