Abstract

The following paper aims to recognize the invalidity of the binomal independent press- political party press, stating that all newspapers act as "political actors " ,that is to say that they have affiliations and political interests trying pour over their readers. To accomplish this objective an analysis of the relationship between Peronism and the written press from Mar del Plata is presented, particularly the front pages of newspapers La Capital and El Trabajo, produced between 1946 and 1950, trying to recognize the ways in which each chose to analize this political phenomenon.
