Abstract

This article approaches a relevant problematics in social sciences: the relations between state policies, social mobilization and forms of management of the work in secondary sets. From an ethnographic, political and relational approach here one proposes the analysis of the state interventions and the collective experiences of organization from a case of study: the Movement Evita in Avellaneda’s locality between the year 2009 and 2014.
