Abstract

In this article, one presents the analysis realized concerning the media treatment of the creation of the Headquarters of the Popular Culture in the Villa 21 Barracas. The work analyzes, the boarding of the topic that one presented as the “movement” of the headquarters of the Secretariat at the time of Culture of the Nation and his later hierarchical organization as Department. In this frame, it is thought over brings over of the position that the mass media assume in the construction of hegemonías and the manners in which the culture and the public thing is understood.
