Abstract

Along these years, the question of the human rights experienced successive changes, you determined by the conducts of the diverse social actors and by the conditioned of the political context.  In all the cases, was object of numerous public speeches –among them, the journalistic- and of such way impacted in the construction of a collective memory through which the company tried to process and to devise the traumatic experience of the last military civic dictatorship (1976-1983).  The present work proposes to analyze the editorial position that assumed the newspaper La Nación set against the exemptions (1989-90) granted during the presidency of Carlos Saúl Menem toward the soldiers that had not been benefited for the prior laws of Final Point and Obedience Owed -including the former members of the meetings of commanders- and to the guerrillas chief that continued processed.

Licenciada en Ciencias de la Comunicación (UBA). Maestranda de Comunicación y Cultura (FSOC-UBA). Becaria doctoral de CONICET. Investigadora tesista en el marco de un proyecto UBACyT, sobre prensa y Derechos Humanos, dirigido por Jorge Saborido.  En 2011 publicó un capítulo (en coautoría) sobre la editorial Atlántida frente a la guerra de Malvinas (Eudeba, 2011).
