Abstract

The "Encounters" section has as its main characteristic the offering of proposals and thematic positioning surrounding the different views that exist in the sphere of communications. In this path, the annual conference’s closing panels or the discussion that congregates the diverse academic units on a specific line of investigation is prioritized, such as the national discussion tables of these topics. The emergency situation and consequent definition of the ASPO (preventive and compulsory social isolation) positioned university education in a scarce time and space upon the pedagogic sphere. In this section we pick up the commitment to sustain public education as a citizen right, and we do so by means of developing complex activities -for the teachers, students and non-teachers-, but with the certainty that the battle from our own space has to be given: the higher education. It is this spirit that guides our present publication, in
which you will find the diverse activities, situations and actions that have been developed by the communications careers that compose the geographical zones of our country.
