Abstract

In Mi vida después (2009), the stage play written and directed by Lola Arias, a group of actors born in the Argentina in the decade of seventy and beginning of the eighties revise the youth of his parents from photos, letters, tapes, secondhand clothes, statements, erased memories. Who were my parents? How was the country before I could speak? How many versions exist on what happened? On these questions, on the return and the recreation of the past that the stage play makes possible and on the fear of the confrontation that it stamped on the literature, in the theatre and in the cinema of the epoch the last civic and military Dictatorship there think the authors of this article.
