Abstract

The present work recovers the results and preliminary conclusions of the project of Investigation " public Policies of Incorporation technologically / digital. Formative processes in public schools of the province of Buenos Aires: digital Tv and To Connect Equality ", that developed during the year 2014 and 2015, in the Center of Research and development in Average Cultural Industries and Television (ceid-tv) directed by the Dr. Leonardo Gonzalez, taken root in the Facultad de Periodismo y Comunicación Social of the unlp. There it is advanced in a report of the arrival and use of the public digital policies of To connect Equality and the Program My Digital TV in the secondary public schools of La Plata and surroundings: Berisso, Inlet, Brandsen, Verónica and Pipinas
