Abstract

In this article, I recover some keys to think about the subjective processes and plots around the State, at a national and international level, in relation to the development of the COVID-19 pandemic. The implosion of the dynamics of social behavior resulting from the health emergency due to the appearance of this unknown virus gave rise to new social problems that exploded notions that seemed monolithic in terms of political-institutional operations.

In this sense, I start from thinking about the configuration of subjectivities as constitutive of social ties, where, within the framework of the question about the role of the Nation-States from the COVID-19 pandemic, it is of vital importance problematize how neoliberal subjectivities are configured to think about the processes of domination and resistance.
