Abstract

This article analyzes the implementation of the digital inclusion program Connect Equality,  that began in 2010 during the presidency of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner (Frente para la Victoria) and continues with the presidency of Mauricio Macri (Cambiemos), and asks about the continuity of Conectar Igualdad, its operating conditions and its objectives. The work baseds on two premises: on the one hand, that technological decisions are political and, on the other, that talking about digital inclusion is about social inclusion. From this perspective, emphasizes that the implementation of Conectar Igualdad is crossed by conceptions and positions on the Internet.
